Returns

You must communicate with us before returning the product.
We do not accept returns where the consignee pays for shipping.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery of goods.
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
Ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging.
Returns must be mailed to our designated warehouse.
The customer shall bear the responsibility for failure to complete the return due to force majeure factors.

We will also provide customers with return convenience as much as possible:
As much as possible, choose our overseas warehouse closest to the customer’s location as the return address.

For returns due to customer regret, in addition to paying the return postage fee, you also need to pay a product re-shelving fee. The product restocking fee is 30% of the order product amount.

We will try our best to meet the customer’s return demands. For example, if the original packaging of the product is damaged, we can also negotiate.
Customers who still need to return items without meeting our return conditions can negotiate with us.
Galax Optic reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these criteria.

Exchanges

After receiving the goods, if the customer regrets his choice and applies for an exchange, he must follow the return process.

Customized or personalized items are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return
