Refunds only include the amount within the order.

Customers who want a refund when their order has not been shipped can view the order cancellation policy.

Refund when the order has been shipped but the customer has not received the goods:
After the product is completely returned, the customer will also need to bear a restocking fee of 30% of the order amount.
If the product is returned damaged, the customer will be responsible for all product losses and a restocking fee of 30% of the order amount will be added.
If the product cannot be returned, we refuse to refund.

Refund after the customer receives the goods,once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method.
Please allow 2-5 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.


Orders can be canceled within 5 hours of purchase. Please contact us promptly to cancel an order.
