How to place an order?

Once you’ve decided on the perfect product, select the quantity you want and click the “Add to Cart” button. Just like a real-world shopping, you can add multiple items to your cart before proceeding to payment. Once you are ready to pay for the items in your cart, click on the cart icon on the top right hand side of the page. That will show you all the items you have put into your shopping cart. If you’re happy with your choice, you can click the “proceed to checkout” button. Click proceed to checkout and you can then select/ enter your delivery address, select your delivery option (if relevant), enter your payment information and pay.

How long will it take to get my order?

We use express door-to-door shipping by DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc., unless you request alternative delivery. USA orders are delivered within 3-15 business days. International express shipping takes 7-15 business days. International express shipping of customized special orders takes 10-20 business days. These estimates include order processing times plus transit times. In case of global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.
