Which couriers are used for delivery?

Will I need to pay customs duties?

For international deliveries, customers are responsible for customs clearance, including relevant import taxes, unless otherwise specified. Certain products may have customs clearance provided by Galax Optic for specific countries. For deliveries within the United States, customs duties do not apply.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Order processing time is 1-5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the product ordered and delivery location.
Shipping time to customers within the United States is 2-7 business days.

What is the policy for shipping delays?

Galax Optic is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances involving third-party couriers. No refunds will be provided for reasonable shipping delays (maximum of 45 days from the order date).

Galax Optic takes no responsibility for any product damaged or shipping delays caused by the act of god, including but not limited: epidemic situation , International situation strike, war, earthquake , flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection, However we will notify you by Email, phone… etc

What is the policy for lost, stolen, or damaged packages?

Galax Optic is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. No automatic refunds will be issued for such cases, but we will assist you in filing a claim with the relevant courier if needed.

What is the policy for re-routed or refused packages and import tariff refusals?

Re-routed orders are not eligible for refunds. Refused orders, including those due to unpaid import tariffs, will be refunded after the package is returned to us, a fee of 30% of the order amount will be deducted as a re-listing fee

Please note that some packages may require a signature upon delivery. Ensure that someone is available at your shipping address to sign for the delivery if necessary.
