We understand that selecting & buying a new piece of beauty equipment can be a daunting task. Whether it’s for your business or for yourself, you need your machines to be high quality and reliable. That is why Galax Optic offers a 1 year Warranty.

The information about the Warranty that follows applies only to Galax Optic machines, and not to consumables such as replaceable needles.

Nous offrons une garantie de 12 mois pour la partie principale de la machine. La garantie n'est pas transférable, sauf si votre demande de transfert est approuvée par le service clientèle.

Garantie pour la partie principale de la machine :

We guarantee your machine against defects in construction for 1 years from the date of delivery. When a structural defect in the main machine is brought to our attention, and evidence is provided demonstrating the structure defect (such as a clear video and/or photos), we will arrange for necessary repairs by providing videos showing clearly step by step how to fix the issue, or, only when deemed necessary by the technicians of Galax Optic, send the machine for repair or replace the original machine with a new machine.

Exceptions :

Les garanties ci-dessus ne s'appliquent pas si la coopération du client pour fournir les informations demandées, telles que les photos et les vidéos, est ignorée ou refusée.

Exclusions de la garantie :

La garantie ne couvre pas les dommages ou défauts causés par l'un des éléments suivants :

- Non-respect des instructions d'utilisation/mauvaise utilisation du produit

- Cas où l'acheteur/client refuse ou néglige de fournir une preuve du défaut ou du dommage invoqué (exemple : négligence à fournir une vidéo).

- Modification du produit

- Impact ou insertion de corps étrangers

- Application de produits chimiques nocifs

- Usure normale

Assistance après la garantie :

Galax Optic will continue to be available to provide technical and related support, however there may be a cost for the buyer/customer, depending on what is needed.
